Wow! No menu thread for 2 days. I hope that isn't a bad sign.

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal and a banana

Lunch: The dinner I was supposed to make last night. Core lemon garlic chicken which includes my healthy oil, baked oven wedges with skins, fresh broccoli with smart bance light for points

Dinner: Eggbeater omelet, slice of Bordens FF sharp cheddar, ketchup

Snack: Chocolate Frosty Smoothie

B: 1/2 Bagel, big bowl of fresh fruit and one egg.

S: no time

L: 1/2 Tuna salad on WW with cup of Black Bean Soup

S: Fruit

D: Have no earthly idea-But I am going out so I am sure it
won't be too healthy

s--2 killer brownies
d--shrimp (it was fried but well-drained), pinto beans, polenta cake, onion, ketchup
s--maybe some popcorn later. right now i'm full.
