Thanks, I'm about 20 pounds under that weight now. It took me the better part of today to figure out how to use photobucket (I'm a blond as you can see : ))), so I'll probably never post a true "after" photo. I've been maintaining for about four years now.

Thanks folks, for all your kind words. I'm glad I've been a tiny bit of a help in inspiring other people. I know it helped me to look at the before and afters in Shape magazine. That's why I've posted my photos. They are also posted on the wall of my gym by the trainers there (a tad embarrassing, but whatever).

People have been asking "HOW". Ahh, the million dollar question... I'm very sorry to report, with a sinking heart, that the answer is::: diet+exercise. Sucks, doesn't it?
