Breakfast:

20 oz. Coke
Snack:
bacon n' cheddar crackers
Lunch:
steak and cheese burrito
chocolate milk
2nd 20 oz. coke for the rest of work
Snack after getting home from work:
cottage cheese
Snack at church:
a few cookies
some potato chips
a small piece of some kind of banana cake.
Coke (dont' see a pattern here concerning what I drink, do you? lol)
Supper:
Lasagna (2 servings
)
Agian, no water, too much pop. Also, going to church without supper, I ended up snacking on things not so good for me (it was fellowship night-and we bring in snacks and drinks to shair on those nights).
