I have to tell you all that I am not totally core today, but I need to make a plan and stick with it.

b: oatmeal
l: sandwich (4 pts) handful of chips (2 pts) and salad (1 pt)
s: sf jello; small brownie (2 pts)
d: probably just some soup and salad
s: popcorn and coke zero

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, equal, skim and a banana

Lunch: What I should have eaten yesterday. LO lemon garlic chicken, FF cottage cheese and Del Monte Fruit Natural peach cup drained

Lunch: salad with lettuce, tomato, red onion, boiled shrimp and Kraft Free 1000 Island; grapes

L: Chicken, bean and veggie soup, SF FF Pudding, sliced tomatoes with balsamic vinegar
D: Core lasagna (We'll see how the soy cheese holds up), vinegar slaw, an orange
Snack: 94% ff popcorn
