Well. Today I went to OH's sons football game (Aussie Rules) and watched him play. At the end of the game I realised that I hadn't gotten his shirt that I put back in the car during the game (they get given team shirts to wear when they arrive so they have to change.)
Anyway, I knew I had to get his shirt quickly as they would be doing a quick debrief and give out best on field awards soon (which I knew OH's son was going to get) so . . . .
I ran. Uphill. On an angle. For about 50 metres. And i was not puffed! I was running up the hill and thought, "gee, i bet i look like a sight. me, running!" and then I thought "who cares! I'm running and I am not wheezing or puffing!"
I was so happy I even ran back down the hill
Whether it is directly fitness related or not smoking - I don't care. It is all coming together
