If I could start back in 2003 with the knowledge that I have now, I could save myself a lot of money (and time probably). First I'd get the book "Thin For Life" by Anne M Fletcher. Then I'd get good running shoes. Then in no particular order ... a pedometer, a heart rate monitor and free weights.

Ditto on the book Thin for Life. I would also go back and tie myself to 3FC. But not back to 2003. I'd go to the summer of 2002... that was just before I stopped exercising and started spiraling up with my weight. If only I knew then what I know now.. IF only I knew you all then!!
