Hey everbody! New here and needing support. I don't have a whole lot of motivation or self dicipline. As I'm getting older, I'm noticing my body getting more out of shape. I think I've become way too comfortable with my husband, not focusing on my health. Love is the greatest. Anyways, I look forward to swaping stories and learning many things.
