*exercise at least 180 minutes this week
TOTAL SO FAR: 195 MINUTES
*Eat only 3-4 grain servings a day (aiming for 3 or less)
Monday:
water - 76 oz
exercise - 30 minutes
grains - 2 servings
Tuesday:
water - 64 oz.
exercise - 45 minutes
grains - 3 servings
Wednesday:
water - 64 oz.
exercise - none today
grains - 1 serving
Thursday:
water - 64 oz.
exercise - none today
grains - 3 servings
Friday:
water - not even close
exercise - 60 minute walk
grains - 2 servings
Saturday:
water - maybe 32 oz.
exercise - 60 minute walk
grains - 2 or 3, I can't remember
Sunday:
water - again, maybe 32
exercise - officially none, but I did wash 9 loads of clothes
grains - 2
