Help! I'm going on a girls shopping weekend and we'll be eating out. I know 2 of the restaurants we're going to are Chevy's & The Cheesecake Factory. Does anyone have nutrional guides or points for these?
I just looked on Dottie's and both of them are there. If you don't know, Dottie's Weight Loss Zone, dwlz.com, has a list of restaurants and point values. I use it all the time.

This site also has points for lots and lots of restaurants. Unfortunately, not every restaurant lists their entire menus but you at least have other restaurants to compare similar foods. It's quite a handy site. It lists points near the bottom of the nutritional contents box.
