Crunch Cardio Salsa?
Is there anyone out there who has this video, who can answer a couple of questions for me?
First--what is the music like? Does it sound electronic or acoustic? Does it have a melody or mostly just a beat? Is it repetitive throughout the whole video, or does it have some variety? I've only tried one other Latin dance workout, and the music on that one is so repetitive that it actually makes it too annoying to do the whole workout. I'm hoping this one is different, but if it isn't. please tell me so.
Second--I've read that it's broken into segments, based on different steps. Does that mean you have to keep stopping your workout to listen to a bunch of explanations, or can you keep moving through the tape?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
