Default Sounds delicious

All flavors we love! (pretzels and anything sweet is good!) If you DO find the recipe, please share it. I just tried finding it in the Kraft (cool whip) web site. No dice.

This isn't quite what you're looking for -- but may be a place you could begin and adapt.

Quote:
Strawberry Pie (Weight Watchers)
1 point per serving
4 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups water
1 small box Jell-O Vanilla Sugar Free pudding mix
1 small box Sugar free Strawberry Jell-O
Fat Free Cool Whip

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mix water and pudding mix in a large bowl.

Place in microwave for about 6 minutes until mixture comes to a boil (whisk after 3 minutes). Remove and add Jell-O -mix...set aside to cool

Place sliced strawberries in a 9" pie plate

Pour cooled pudding/Jell-O mix over berries

Refrigerate until firm , about 2 hours

Cut unto 6 sections. Top with 2 T Fat Free Cool Whip

This is a strawberry pretzel pie -- which might be suitable for modification (using, possibly the recipe I posted up there):

Quote:
Strawberry Pretzel Pie
1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
4 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup white sugar
16 ounces cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (6 ounce) package strawberry flavored gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 (16 ounce) package frozen strawberries

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix together the pretzels, sugar and butter. Press into the bottom of 9x13 inch pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Blend together the sugar, cream cheese and whipped topping. Pour over cooled crust, refrigerate until chilled.
Mix together the gelatin and boiling water. Add frozen strawberries and stir until thawed. Pour over cream cheese mixture in pan and refrigerate until completely chilled. Makes 6 to

8 servings

Try this one. I think it came from the WW recipe website.

Strawberry Salad

makes 6 servings
Ingredients:
2 cups fat-free pretzels (crushed)
1/4 cup Fleishmans fat-free butter (from squeeze bottle)
1 ea 8 oz pkg fat-free cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar plus 5 packets of sweetner (Equal, Sweet'n'low)
2 cups fat-free Cool Whip
1 ea 10 oz pkg of frozen strawberries or 2 cups fresh
2 ea 3 oz pkgs of sugar-free strawberry jello

Mix 1 3/4 cups boiling water with jello and set aside. Mix pretzels with butter & spread in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Put aside and cool. Beat cream cheese, sugar & sweetner until smooth: add cool whip. Spread over pretzel mixture and refrigerate. Add strawberries to jello mixture (refrigerate until thickens) then spread over mixture.

Points: 1 per serving
*****

I hope this is what you're looking for. I made this & it was very good. So good I wanted to eat all of it.

I think the points were figured on the WW1-2-3 program. Geez, that's really low... 1 pt per serving, but the person that submitted the recipe has a note stating that her WW leader has checked & verified the points.

Bon appetit
