Me!

This is my 12th week of induction. I keep trying to increase my carbs to go into OWL, but my weight loss grinds to a halt. I have an ncredibly low metabolism, so I'll be doing induction for at least a month or two more. I'll probably switch to OWL when I hit 140#.

I'm trying to stick with Induction foods. Probably the only thing I've eaten NOT induction friendly would be some almonds and macs. Otherwise I've been on induction.

Bailey - if you've increased your water, yeah.. you'll go up at first, and then it will start to fall off! Good luck.. I'm back on today. The debate has ended. Making my bacon and eggs right now. LOL

If induction is defined as 20 grams or less, I'm in. If it limits specific foods? no, not me.

Sherry:

Clarify what you mean by restricting certain foods? Is there a particular you're having trouble with?

I will be back on Induction tomorrow. I've already eaten over 100 grams of carbs today. The low carb, low cal thing just isn't working for me -- I get too hungry. Plus, there are way too many carbs in a lot of the stuff the program suggested I eat.

No, but I'm not going to cut out splenda and berries. I have to have some sort of "treat" to get through this thing. I will count, and I will keep carbs to 20, but if I have to cut out everything I won't even get started. I know that about myself.

It is a mental thing. I don't even have to have them, I just have to know that I CAN have them if I need something.
