LA Weight Loss - LAWL at home program

I would like to know if anyone else is doing the LAWL at home program. How
sucessful are you?

I don't know what the at home program is, can you explain it?

Yes, I do the program at home because there is not a center close to me. I call my counselor if I have a question or if I need LAWL products and they are
shipped to me through the mail . My counselor calls every so often to see what my weight is and how I am doing. If there are any changes in the program she calls me and explains them.

I have never heard of the "At Home" plan that you are doing. Does it work well for you?

Repo Girl, it worked well for me the first time I did it. I lost 145lbs. I fell off
the LAWL wagon but, now I am back.

So, do they aee you clear through maintainence and everything?

Repo girl, yes they do.

That is great for people who live far from a center. How nice to be able to do it anyway.
