Default My Fitness Challenge from Work Results

8 weeks ago at our gym at work, we started a fitness challenge. The trainers did all kinds of pre-measurements and tonight I had my post-review.

I've lost 10 lbs.

I lost 3% body fat and several inches. I let her come near me with those body fat calipers!

I started with a mile on the treadmill in 20.17 minutes and can now do that same mile in 18.35 minutes.

I started with 8 ab crunches on the ball and can now do 30. I could have done more, but my abs are killing me from all the classes.

My resting heart rate was 116 and now it's 92. My heart rate after the mile also improved, but she didn't tell me how much.

I could do 5 seated row reps at 80 lbs and now I can do 12. I could do 5 chest press reps at 30 lbs and now I can do 15.

For the flexibility stretch where you sit on the floor with a yardstick and see how far you can stretch over your feet, I started at minus 3 and ended at plus one.

I still can't stand on one leg with my eyes shut for more than 3 seconds though! That was the only area that did not improve.

I was very excited to have good results!
