I am here! I am here!

I have been down on my back for 3 days with the dang flu!!!!!!! I have missed you guys.....

Today is the first day I have an appetite, so I am having 2 breakfast tacos for breakfast...eggs and salsa only in a small tortilla!!!

I have no idea what I will have today since I havent had any food at the house to speak of, therefore nothing to bring today. All day Sunday and Monday, I had a total of 3 bowls of cereal....its all I could eat.

Oh June! We were worried about you. Thought some cowboy had dragged you away from the rodeo.

Oh my plan!
tardy again-breakfast at 1030 - fruit and whey protein
salmon right from the can ... I was busy thinking about other things
cottage cheese and brussel sprouts ... don't laugh it was OK
it's cooking so say 4:30 for ...egg whites, protein powder and oatmeal

chicken and greens for supper
fruit, cottage cheese and yogurt this evening

those two or three variables will be some combination of fish, vegetables,
Cardio ... I finally did some ... 55 minutes!!!!! ... I don't know what I'd do without Alex Trebek and his reruns.
Weights are chest and triceps done! I don't like them as well as other days.

well I had a banana just a bit ago, and have 1 more and some yogurt here. I might go down and get a salad at Eatzis.

I am going to TRY to run 3 miles tonight, at least run part of it. Not sure how much energy I will have but I am going to give it my best shot!!

L - 3oz baked chicken. 1/2 cup broccoli 1/2 cup cauliflower
D - 3 oz baked mahi mahi
Snack - green apple?

exercise - 1 hour on elliptical trainer.
water - 64+ oz (hopefully, if i can choke it down...)

Does anyone know how to add in the vitamin supplements I take into FitDay? Do I just add them as a "custom food"?
