Today I was out and about and we wound up at a restaurant where I knew there was nothing legal for me. So I had a ham and cheese croissant.

But right now I'm back on plan. Maybe I'll call today a "CAD" day. I've done that before and as long as I get right back on Atkins after a CAD meal, I usually don't mess myself up too much.

Sherry, get right back on the plan and don't beat yourself up over it.

Next time, have them bring you the ham and cheese croissant without the croissant. Being allergic to bread, I do this in restaurants all the time. They may look at me funny, but they do it anyway.

I even do it at the Colorado Avalanche hockey and Denver Broncos football games. I go to the Hebrew National hotdog booth and I have them give me the hotdog without the bun. I put some relish and onion and a little bit of ketchup on it and eat it with a fork. They really look at me weird.
