Default I lost my 1st 5 # with Fit Day!!!

Well its been 10 days and when I got on the scale today low and behold 5#!!!
What a great feeling. I was sceptical at first but the more I used fitday the more I like it. Best of all I downloaded it and its mine with no mothly fees.
Fit day plus all of the support from fc members is really working. I know you hit plateaus occasionally but if I can keep going at this rate and lose another 5 by the 12th then I plan to start exercising. Thanks for all of your kind support!

Hot diggity, Mdudas! That's great! I'm very enthusiastic about FitdayPC, too. I've found both the online version and the PC version to be very, very helpful. And eye-opening!

Onward and upwar... whoops, scratch that... DOWNward to the next 5!

I also wanted to add that I learned sooo much about the content of foods by using fitday. And portion sizes! Wow, I seriously had no idea what 1/2 cup of rice looked like or how many calories were in what I thought was a reasonable serving. Eye opening is right!
I highly recommend fitday or something like it for those of us who have been eye-balling and have come to a slow down or stall. It may just be the tweak you need.

Congratulations, mdudas!

I agree that FitDay plays a huge part in helping me be successful. At first I didn't know if it would really be for me, but I know SO MUCH more about food than I did a couple months ago and am now making much wiser choices.
