Default Water pills

Has anyone tried water pills and if so, has it help any?

Unless under the prescription of a doctor you shouldn't play with water pills. Besides it wouldn't make you weigh any less just remove some of the rentenition...maybe.

I have taken water pills for years. For blood pressure reason's my doctor wants me to. I have always taken them at night when i take my other medication. Recently, i started taking them in the moring. If i drink some water like a bottle or two, i really notice a big difference in output. So, i think I will continue with my morning routine and see how it goes

There are some things you can eat or drink that will ease water retention. Asparagus is a biggie. Also, a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice in your water bottle will help also. That way you don't have to mess around with pills.
