Question some P2 questions

As of Friday, I will be able to move on to P2 and boy am I ready! I miss fruit and I'm looking forward to 'good' bread occaisionally, not the lite crap I've been eating on WW! Now I know I can't start eating all this stuff eveyday, all at once, etc and that's why I'm here, I have some questions.

1 - I want to know what's the best/safest way to reintroduce a few carbs in my diet. In the book it says once a day or every other day...but I want to hear from you guys. How did you do it and what's the easiest to have but not get my sugar all up in arms again?

2 - If I should choose at some point to eat a 'bad' carb...lets say a small white potato, what's the best way to do it? With lots of fiber? Later in the day so the cravings don't start killing me all afternoon? I need opinions and experiances!

3 - Am I able to eat any canned soups on p2? I occaisionally like to cook with ff cream soups or have soup for lunch...are any really OK?

I really, really, really want to do this right and FINALLY succeed at weight loss...I want it so bad I can taste it...and it's way yummier than anything I've ever eaten!! I want opinions from those who've been there!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
