Thumbs up Coming back as of 1/30/06
Would very much appreciate any kind of support with my weight loss. I know it can be done, been there, did it, goofed up royally. Thanks!

Welcome back. I am finding that using some of the WW treat products is really helping. I found the chocolate chip muffins at BJ's the other day and snagged two boxes. They are three points and when I have something like that to look forward to, I find I can stay on track. Keep us posted and come here for support when you need it!
