I haven't used these programs - but I will check it out. I use NutritionData. You create your own pantry - then create your recipe. Gives you everthing you would like to know about your own recipe. It is wonderful - and FREE!!

I have tried Living Cookbook and it's also good. It's not as slick as Mastercook, but has some nice features, and they offer a free trial on the download.

They have restaurant, brand name and generic nutrition facts. I also like NutritionData, they have extremely detailed nutritional info as well as food pyramids and recommended foods for weight loss.
