Yesterday didn't go so great, food wise.
Had french onion soup with dinner, checked later to find that it's not allowed. Got the munchies something terrible a couple hours later: boca burger, 1/2 c nuts, 1/2 cup skim cheese, 3 sugar free candies (that put me over because of the gum I chewed earlier).
I'm almost done with Phase One and it's just portions that seem to be the problem. I'm not eating breads or fruits and workout 5-6 days a week. Just get discouraged sometimes.
