Default Is Physical Therapy Exercise?

I threw my lower back out and can't exercise (powerwalk) right now. I'm going to Physical Theraphy but it's not making me sweat at all.

Is this considered exercise? Does it coun't for any activity points?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

thanks, Patch

Probably light intensity exercise up to moderate depending on what kind of physical therapy you do.

As long as you're moving more than you would normally in a typical day, I'd think it's OK to call it exercise.

Have you checked out the 'Oxycise IS Exercise' threads under the Exercise topic? It's a breathing/isometric exercise. You might not be able to do the isometric part, but the breathing makes your heart race. I did it only once, walking being my prefered exercise and my heart did race.
