Talking Points for oatmeal

Hi, you guys! I am so happy to be here! I just need to know how many points you think this would be. I've tried figuring it out but I keep coming up with different numbers. My slide rule says one thing, my WW Magazine says another!

1 cup oatmeal
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
1/2 cup nonfat milk

I love this website!

Are you using 1 cup of cooked or uncooked oatmeal?

I make my oatmeal using 1/2 cup of the uncooked for 2 pts (according to the NI on the box), I cook it, then add 1/8 c raisins (1 pt), then put on it 1/4 cup of skim milk (.5 pts) and a little brown sugar (.5) for a total of 4 pts. I never add butter or margerine any more and I can't tell the difference.

Howdy all,
I do the 1/2 cup uncooked (2pts) with Spenda sweetener (o pts) and cinnamon (0 pts) and occasionally the raisins. Butter doesn't do much to improve the flavor, IMO.
