Question Books on weight loss???

I saw the thread by Sandi about "Million Little Pieces" and another thread which talks about "Tales from the Scales" Does anyone out there reccomend any other books? How is the Dr. Phil Book?

I bought Dr Phil's book and found a lot of it helpful. The man annoys me a little and he did get shouted at occasionally. I find him just a tad judgemental. Excuse me I did not get fat eating junk food mister, I got fat eating great food too often! And not moving.

I guess what needs to be remembered when reading his book is that he is working from his clinical perspective and not as someone who has struggled with their weight, because the man was born a jock and has always been a beanpole.

I love 10 secrets to health and happiness by Louise Samways, which may be impossible to find, but have found that fabulous, and it's not about weight loss in particular.
I alsolike Fat Girl Slim by Ruth Watson. I don't agree with all that she says, but I love it all the same.
