These recipes sound like they would be delish! Remember, I have a meat and potatoes husband joining me in my lifestyle change and if I can't make yummy recipes than he's not going to go for it.

Providing I can make these recipes away from him, so he doesn't see the ingridients (ricotta is not a favorite of his), and just shove food in front of his face AND get him to like it -- I might have a lifestyle partner for life.
