Take a look at the recipes in South Beach, SugarBusters, WW core, Meditteranean and Sonoma Diets. Lots of great food without sugars or artifical sweeteners

Thanks! This is off topic, but is it bad to eat too much fruit? I love fresh fruit (by itself, no sauces or dips) but I've heard this can make you gian weight. I love apples, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, and unsweetened applesauce.

Do you have a free account at fitday.com Jess?
The only problem I have with fruit is that it has a lot of carbs and calories. I'm not sure what food plan you're on but for a calorie counter, yes you can eat too many fruits. Strawberries, blueberries and unsweetened apple sauce are wonderful choices. I eat apples once in a while but find bananas too rich for me.
As in all things moderation is key. Have some fruit it's fabulous food but balance it with the rest .... protein, vegetables, good grains ...
