Hello Everyone!
My name is Erica and I have done WW twice before and had nie results. It seemed that I lost some motivation and gained back all that and then some.
So, after seeing a very unflattering picture of me this past week, I'm starting all over again and sticking to it. It's day 2 and it's all good so far.
I've discovered that Campbell's soup at hand have a decent amount of fiber in them. They are low in points and make a excellant snack or lunch with a salad and some fruit.
