Hello, Have any of you had success with Prism? I know it was popular a while back. There is a group starting here and I am thinking about jumping in. So, I am wondering if you or anyone you know lost big on Prism?
Prism is a faith based diet plan that many churches were involved with a few years back. In my area theres only 2 groups now, so its died down a bit. The plan is mostly low carb, you do a workbook w/scripture.
That sounds really good! I already follow a low carb diet plan. I wish I knew of a group in my area that did that. I would love to do a bible based workbook along with my low carb diet.

I am on week 5 , Phase 1 of the Prism Program.
I say 'DO IT!" Which is funny, because I was sooooo afraid to do this program...but I KNEW that it was what the Lord wanted. I was completely rebellious to the idea of accountability, commitment, and I even thought some of their ideas were 'fufu'....and yet, here I am.....I've learned so much more than I could imagine about myself....what I've been doing to my body all these years....and I could go on and on!!!
I am on the Correspondence Program, as their is no group in my area. I think joining a group would be awesome!!! The videos are tremendous!!! I watch them over and over and I;m still learning!!
No....this is not a commercial...and I'm not getting paid (hahaha)....I have tried to lose weight for most of my life.....and I am just now learning how I have sabatoged my efforts over and over again.
Will you lose weight? If our follow the program...most definitetly.....and I can't believe I'm saying this either....but I'm learning that it's so much more than just losing weight.....
