Snack: raisins and 1 cup 94%FF popcorn

I'll be sort of on program with just some fun here and there!

Brunch: Soft boiled eggs and Breadsmith Multi-grain toast with smart balance (points)

Snack: 1 piece of fudge, 1 piece of scottish shortbread, 1 chocolate chip cookie (points)

Dinner: Salad, homemade chunky Core applesauce, Core mashed potatoes (points for smart balance), ham, some kind of veggie, sweet potato/splenda/smart balance (points for smart balance)

Dessert: WW Chocolate eclair cake

And.......I weigh in tomorrow morning at 10:00. Yikes!

Definitely better than usual - still a few "treats" here and there!

Breakfast/brunch: 1 shortbread cookie, and 1/2 slice sponge cake (from cookie tray provided by gf!), decaf w/light cream
1 slice french toast w/syrup

Snack: 1 bottle of lemon flavored perrier water (750 ml)

Snack: probably popcorn & diet pop at movies

Dinner: turkey, sweet potatoes, veggies, cranberry sauce, stuffing

YUM

Frouf
