Breakfast- 1/2 of a side order of egg from Mcdonalds with a decaf coffee and 3 creamers
Lunch- taco salad no shell
snack- sf ff yogurt
Supper- homeade chicken noodle soup
snack- ww recipe pumpkin pie ( I am taking it to my weightloss group to sample and show them a healthy alternative)
