Default Update on my weight loss
Hi everyone,

I haven't been on in a while, but i had my 5th weigh in yesterday, I lost about 1.2 lbs and now i am down 12.4 lbs in about six weeks. I am happy with what i lost so far. I just wish the weight loss could go a bit faster LOL

2 pounds a week is great..perfect!

I'd be very pleased to be back to losing 2 a week!!!

Oh, if weight only fell off as fast as it seems to jump on! Just remember that slow and steady wins the race. A 2 pound per week average is awesome. Keep up the good work!
