Hi there "T" and welcome! Its not a live chat, but a message forum. We come on and post our messages whenever we feel like it or whenever our schedules allow throughout the day. Hello! Welcome! I don't think any of us low carbers use chat much (or not that I've heard of lately,at least) - mainly because we are from all over the states and Canada and so timing is an issue. We use this message board as our daily chat (just look for the weekly or weekend chat thread) - some check in several times a day. It is a great support system these gals have going.
