Okay - back on track tomorrow so I thought I would start the menu thread!
Breakfast: oatmeal w/sliced banana, decaf w/light cream
Snack:cheese string if hungry
Lunch: 1/4 roast chicken, sweet peas, apple
Snack: 1/2 lf cottage cheese/fruit mix
dinner: more chicken? and/or whole wheat pasta w/veggies
Need to load up on the water big time!
