S: some candy corn (1.5 pts); cucumbers w/ff ranch dip; ww bread w/cheese (2 pts)

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce cooked in
Lunch: Sirloin burger with FF american cheese on bun (points) and fresh fruit salad
Snack: None
Dinner: Spring mix salad with tomatoes, mushrooms, and FF honey dijon; Core Chicken Fried Rice
Snack: Popcorn with some smart balance (points)
