I think I forgot this thread last week . . .

Weigh in on your normal day and post it here!

I'm weighing in at 134 today, FINALLY down a pound! Amazing considering that I ate apple pie and drank beer and champagne this week. Maybe I do need to eat more in order to lose more. Actually the scale said 133 this morning but I don't believe that, so I will say 134.

211. Some of the weight I gained last week came off. I still refuse to change my ticker though. I will only change it in the other direction.

I lost 3 pounds this week! I'm kinda like Paperclippy, I don't really believe it but I'm going to put my ticker down anyway. I think my plateau has broken and the weight training has helped. We'll see if I stay here. I haven't lost anything (up and down) for a month or more but have lost 1/2 an inch on my waist and 1/2 an inch on my hips so maybe it's just catching up with me? I'll cross my fingers.

great job ladies! We can lose this weight. Keep it up! Now we just have to tackle the weekend!!

Oh yeah, good karma is right. The scale says 173.0, but I know it's less, considering it's my TOM. Yipeee!!! Down 2.4 lbs. (and probably more) since last week

If I'm still 158 or lower on Thursday then I'll believe that's what I really am.

162 (actually at different times of the day I'm 161-163) - plateauing :\ Hopefully I'll break the 160 barrier come Halloween.

EDIT: just noticed how pessimistic my post looked actually I've been doing a lot of weight/interval training too so I could be just building muscle (I have one of those body fat measuring scales... and I'm around 17-17.5%, down from 19% a month back). Still, crossing fingers on breaking the 160 come Halloween.

214 although I am skeptical (Sp?) because I started this week at 218. I must have been retaining alot of water. Either way, seeing a loss of 4lbs this week really has me motivated!
