I have been doing South Beach for 2 and 1/2 weeks now (I have lost 17 pounds so far). I started phase 2 a few days ago. I just love this way of eating. I finally feel like I am in control of the food (which is definately a first for me!)
I still have 99 more pounds to lose, but I am determined to do it.
