Post your daily menus on this thread. We promise not to make fun of anyone!!! But if anyone sees a big mistake in someone else's menu, please point it out very nicely. Such as "I think you may want to stop eating the Snickers and pizza every day. It could be slowing your progress!!!"
I know, I'm a sick puppy!!!

Hi kitty, i have to agree with libbysmom.. your menus look great. I was looking at some of the things you eat. And was just wondering is the turkey bacon good? Have thought about trying it. But there are so many foods that are good for you, but soo expensive, i hate to spend that much money then not like them and them just sit around.

Hi Tracy!! I like turkey bacon quite a bit. I used to eat a lot of real bacon, but haven't eaten it in 4 yrs. I think you can freeze turkey bacon, if you don't want to eat it day after day. I really prefer the Morningstar Farms vegetarian bacon strips. The taste is a lot better. Actually, either kind of bacon goes a long way. I find I get many more meals from the package of turkey or vegetarian bacon than real bacon.
:bravo: on losing the 8 lbs so far!! Keep it up.
