anyone remember old system?
Hi. I'm a lifetime member who lost my weight initially with the exchange system. You got so many breads, proteins, fats, milks and fr. & veg. I prefer that system, points drive me nuts. Does anyone remember the "old" system? For a woman between 150 - 170. 22 points, but how many breads? I'd be very grateful to have that information again. Otherwise, I'll just have to get used to the points, I guess.
