I have a loaf of pesto bread in my freezer that Im taking to get rid of it,,,too tempting to me and a container of homemade pesto Im bringing to her too....get rid of all EVIL!! haha

I see that I miscounted today!! I forgot that I had the cheese for lunch when I was planning what to eat for dinner. THAT is my problem with flex my friends! Maybe I can convince DH to walk with me later, and burn off those extra 3 points.
melissa, i caught my mistake before i had dinner so i had to make an adjustment, too. i'm going to walk 3 miles on the treadmill tonight. life is good and i'm having a blast.
