Default sizzling saturday satiables, sept. 17, 2005

still doing wp but trying to do more core.

b--1 cup ww vanilla puffed wheat, 1/2 cup ff milk, splenda (2 pts)(0 wpa's)
l--hot dog bun, 1 cup core chili, mustard, 1 oz. baked chips, onions, 1/4 cup ff cheddar cheese (8 pts)(3 pts)
s--popcorn, lf fudge bar (10 pts)(2 pts)
d--diet bread, 1 slice ff cheddar, 1 slice ff swiss, butter flavored pam, onions, bell pepper ( 3 pts)[/COLOR=Blue] (0 pts)

i'm stopping here because i may possibly have already had that 24th wp.

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with skim, splenda, and banana

Lunch: LO ww spaghetti with marinar, mushrooms, garlic and 1 ounce chicken

Snack: Red grapes

Dinner: Salad with tomatoes, hard boiled egg, and homemade FF thousand island; Grilled pork chop, sweet potato (smart balance, cinnamon, and splenda)

Dessert: Popcorn or Cherry Garcia Smoothie

I'm not telling, since the day started out with a warm sausage roll from the donut place. I'm sure it's all downhill from here...

2 egg omlette, green pepper, canadian back bacon, ff cheese slice
ww bread ( 2 pts)
marg (treated myself today I cant find ff marg here, 1 pt)
rasp jam (2 pts)

lunch-
not sure still full from break
banana
apple


supper-
going to SIL and shes having pasta,,,,and I know it wont be whole wheat, so I will watch what I eat.
I have a loaf of pesto bread in my freezer that Im taking to get rid of it,,,too tempting to me and a container of homemade pesto Im bringing to her too....get rid of all EVIL!! haha
prob some kind of salad too
skipping dessert .......

not sure will see how supper goes.

B: fruit and grain bar (3 pts)
L: turkey (1 pt) sandwich on a hoagie bun (3 pts), pepper jack cheese (2 pts), light mayo (1 pt); minestrone soup (3 pts); chocolate angel food cake (2 pts)
D: california kitchen margherita pizza (10 pts), salad (2 pts)
S: celery (0 pts)

I see that I miscounted today!! I forgot that I had the cheese for lunch when I was planning what to eat for dinner. THAT is my problem with flex my friends! Maybe I can convince DH to walk with me later, and burn off those extra 3 points.

And for lunch (drum roll please) ...

Chips and salsa, shrimp enchiladas (again), little bit of rice, black beans, and two big margaritas.

Can't wait for dinner!!

melissa, i caught my mistake before i had dinner so i had to make an adjustment, too. i'm going to walk 3 miles on the treadmill tonight. life is good and i'm having a blast.
