Hello My name is Jackie, I recently gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on Aug. 15th. I actually am still in the process of losing weight that I've gaind during my pregnancy. I've gained a total of 100Lbs even through out my pregnancy, it didn't help that I never experienced morning sickness..So far I lost 35lbs and counting..all the weight due to pregnancy is gone now I need to work on the fat I gained. I believe I gained so much because of my very bad eating habits..lol..before I got pregnant I was on a vegan diet...it basically got thrown out the door...Well I'll be glad to get to know more about the ladies on here...congrats with your pregnancy and or newborns..
Congrats on the babe! I have the same birthday. I had some lousy eating habits while pregnant, too. I also had 30 extra pounds to start off with. Good luck with the loss. I used to be vegetarian and I don't think I could go back to that now, I couldn't imagine a vegan lifestyle!
