Red face Switch Plan?

Well hello all. I recently tried South Beach diet and only lasted two days, kinda embarrasing. It was just to restricted of a diet. I have done WW and lost almost 20 pounds then fell away from the program and gained 10 back. When I was on the program I felt great. I just need help getting back on it. I can't afford to go to meetings anymore so I will have to do it on my own. I have most of the up to date books like flex and core plan books, but I am wondering when I was looking on ebay there are these WW switch books. they say there published in 2005. What kinda book is it. Is it worth purchasing. I hope someone can help. Thanks Haley

They may be talking about the Complete Food Companion which has both programs in it as well as the Dining Out Companion. Unless they are talking about maybe one of the cookbooks. However I would be leary of anything not using the correct terms. The program is TURNAROUND not switching and the only things official are what is put out by W/W at meetings or with the AT HOME program you order or doing the program ONLINE.

These books could well be for the UK programme. The current plan is called Switch and is very similar to the core/flex programme and has been running since Jan 05.
