Anyone else using these with WW? I had been stuck, but started having them for breakfast, I take the vanilla, add one cup of frozen peaches or strawberries, and about 2 cups of ice cubes, put in blender, sometimes I add one packet of Nurtrasweet. Now that warm weather is here, they are such a treat! I also add a tablespoon of soy powder. Making them this way, they are sooo filling!

I have them occassionally when I'm running late but for 4 points I get a heck of alot more food if I plan it the night before and have it ready to go.

The shakes out of the can are not filling to me, but making them in the blender, and adding a tray of ice cubes fills me up, plus the frozen peaches. I really feel like I'm cheating they are sooo good and filling!

I usually use the can Slim Fast. Is the powder better and how do you mix it with water or milk? Thanks

I usually use the chocolate Slim Fast with one cup skim milk. I have found that the best way is in the blender with the ice. Much more filling, even without fruit. I haven't honestly tried the pre mix cans because of the cost. Hope this helps.
