I have taken Yasmine for about 2 1/2 years. I've done WW for about 14 months. So, I really can't say how taking it would change things - since I have taken it all along. I don't find that I've had any problems following the plan as far as appetite goes. And, I've good results.

I am on ortho tri - whatever it is..

the only thing that I have noticed is that when I have my period, I tend to be less hungry, and lose more weight. no idea why though, just a pattern that I have noticed

I've done WW on a progestin only pill, on a really low estrogen pill, and now on the Nuva Ring. I definitely get the urge to eat a lot more comfort food right before my period, but I've always been like that so I don't know that it's pill related.

All in all, I haven't noticed any more difficulty sticking to plan while on birth control.
