OK ... starting this weeks journal on Sunday instead of Monday. I didn't do too well last week so this week I am going to really try harder ... in sticking with my lo-carb AND writing everything down.

BREAKFAST:
2 coffee/blk
2 slices lo carb wheat bread w/sugar-free jam
LUNCH:
1/2 cucumber
coffee/blk (2)
DINNER:
haven't had it yet ... waiting for hubby and may be going to the casino .. will pick from their buffet .. let ya know later...
