Default Anyone do any of the Crunch videos?

Have you tried any of the Crunch exercise videos? I just bought the Bootcamp one, and I'm excited to try it (but not today...I already exercised too much this morning). I'd love to hear your reviews...especially regarding "Candlelight Yoga."

Thanks!!

I do mainly the Crunch videos. I do others, but I like the Crunch ones the best. I've tried four of the so far, and I really like them all. The aerobic ones are my favorite though. I have the Candlelight Yoga too. I haven't really done any other yoga ones..But this one was really helpful to me. It was relaxing and fun to do.

Candlelight Yoga is very doable and great just before bed.

Crunch's Salsa Dance workout is also a total gas, and has a few sequences that really get the heart rate up. The instructor is good at teaching, but the format forces her to go pretty fast. It's a ton of fun, though, and guaranteed to annoy your downstairs neighbor when you go into the final sequences.

Default Crunch videos

I love the Cardio Pilates (there's two out there now I think - the instructor wears green on the cover) You do stand up moves that mock pilates floor moves and then there's a few floor moves...You really feel it for the 45 minutes from warm up to cool down. I highly recommend it!
I also have the Dance Party One. Although I don't do it as often - it's a good cardio workout

I love the Crunch videos! I like the Crunch Firm and Burn Pilates and the Crunch Fat Burning Pilates. Also the Pick your spot is good. I have the dance party but I'm a klutz, so it takes me too long to get the moves and I don't feel a workout. The boot camp one is quite a workout depending on what level of weights you use--I end up laughing so hard at the instructor though! She really wears camos! I asked for the Crunch Fast Abs video for my birthday (in October). Its a new one that includes cardio and toning all for abs.

I picked up the Crunch Pick your Spot Pilates at Bed Bath & Beyond ($14.99 and you can use the $5.00 coupon so it's 10.00 only!)..They have Crunch Dance Party, FB Pilates and Denise Austin Yoga (I think shes too LOUD for Yoga).

They also have the new Billy's Bootcamp and Bootcamp Cardio and The Whole Core Secrets Set and The originalWindsor Pilates. Most stuff is in the clearance section or next to the hair-dryers and Sonic Care toothbrushed....

I have Cardio Dance Blast. It's pretty fun, I can catch on to the moves fairly well, and it's not a bad workout. Sometimes I feel like my heart isn't pumping hard, but I'm still sweating, so there ya go!

The Crunch videos are, for the most part, really fun and enjoyable. I LOVE the Boot Camp! It's only 30 minutes, but do that one with a short cardio workout or with one of the Winsor Pilates DVDs and you've had a productive workout!

Other Crunch favorites of mine -- Burn and Firm Pilates, Fat Burning Dance Party (the older one, not the most recent one, which isn't nearly as good), and Cardio Salsa. I have the step workout, but it's not intense enough. Cardio Sculpt is not bad after you've done it a time or two, as the cueing is not always where you need it.

I enjoy Crunch; they are adaptable for all fitness levels and I still work them into my routines.
