I'll start us out with some good news.
I weighed last night with my husband (who is doing so fantasticcally--lost another 5 lbs. as of last night.).
I lost .4 lb. Not much but I'll take every little bit.
Good job, Tina! Remember, men lose much faster. Don't you just hate them.
I weighed in today and the scale said up 1.8, however my scale said down 3. I have weighed in at 3 different locations the last 3 weeks. I'm figuring that is what is going on. I've been doing my bike everyday!!!!! Also, watching everything that goes in my mouth.
Hi guys. I didn't do so hot this week. I was up 2. Not as bad as I thought though. I just had one of those weeks where all I wanted to do was MUNCH!!! I think I got it under control now , I hope! WTG, Tina and hubby! I didn't weigh in today. Ended up working through lunch on a last-minute project that came up. That's ok, though, since I know it would have been a gain. I was prepared for maintaining, since I had been good all week, but splurged on my golf weekend, and then TOM hit along with some incredibly humid weather that has me very bloated. I can hardly get my ring off my finger. The weather is supposed to ease off after a storm tonight, and TOM should end shortly, so I might try to pop over to Saturday's meeting, unless I get a golf game going. Otherwise, it will always be there next week!
