My friend was telling me that there is a revised list that allows you to have carrots and other things that were a big no-no before? Please help me clarify. I get confused sometimes. For example, in my book it says to use fat free milk but then in phase 2 it says it's ok to add milk now??? Well, I've been using milk and dairy all along?? LOL.... I get confused easily, can you tell?
WELL NEVER MIND... I FOUND THE REVISED FOOD LIST. SHOULD HAVE LOOKED BEFORE I POSTED! AND THERE ARE NO CARROTS ON THE LIST! MAYBE MY FRIEND IS TRYING TO MAKE ME FAIL?
