10.5k on the treadmill in 70 minutes. Really pleased with that, and very, very sweaty and tired at the end!

20 minutes core exercises
BTW, I think the combination of core exercises and running are really starting to move my belly fat, I measured my waist and hips and each are down 4 inches since I last measured them which was about 3 weeks ago!

20 minutes circuit training (worked the abs, triceps, glutes, hamstrings and biceps)
15 minutes core exercises

40 minutes upper body work-out at gym on various machines and free wieghts
40 minutes on treadmill
40 minutes of swimming laps
4 hours and
40 minutes 'til bedtime!!!!!

Nothing as great as all of you but I did my WATP one mile dvd today. I havent done it in like 6 months!
I am really trying to get with it and I am hoping that this is the first step of many!
