Starting the menu is anyone's game. Usually, whoever notices it first gets the honor of starting it. Great job!

b: grape nuts (I know they're not Core, but I can't imagine over-eating them), strawberries, milk
s: banana
l: last of the Froufie's soup, salad, milk
s: watermelon
d: scrambled eggs w/turkey ham, green beans, milk

s: if needed - nectarine

Was wondering where the rest of that soup went!!! ha ha ha

Woke up hungry AGAIN - but scale is down so something is working - keep those fingers crossed.

B: huge vat of Weight watchers cinammon cluster cereal, lf milk, fresh blueberries
decaf w/light cream

Snack: nectarine

Lunch: leftover steak w/mushrooms & onions, baked potato w/1 tsp butter
fresh cherries

Snack: baby carrots and/or yogurt

Dinner: baked salmon, fresh green beans, corn on the cob w/butter spray
sf pudding or jello for dessert

Need to keep drinking that water, and looks a bit cooler today so might go for a walk once the sun sets.

Okay not exactly a vat, but a large tupperware container which I brought to work. Kinda of like when you're super hungry so you fill up that bowl!!! .....so looks like I may have overdone it with that "vat"!

ha ha ha
